Singing for Sandy Hook

The children of Newtown, Connecticut have teamed up with professional musicians to release a song in memory of the victims of a devastating school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in December 2012. Singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson teamed up with students from the local community to sing "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", recorded at the home studio of Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz of Talking Heads and the Tom Tom Club.

Can we help Dunalley School?

Following the devastating bushfires in Tasmania, and indeed across a number of parts of Australia, one school community is coming to terms with losing its school. Can we help them find some music resources for these kids?

The school now has some music resources but can still use more instruments and choir music in particular. If you have anything to offer, please let us know.
